The year of 2015 is coming to an end. Yes, I haven't been blogging. For too many reasons; some of them very personal and some job related. But this outlet needs to be re-explored.
I recently took a course on Stress Management and it talked about journaling as one form of stress relief as it helps to keep track of the ups and downs, the trigger points become more obvious with review and becoming more aware of what we are putting our bodies through while trying to handle the stress of our day-to-day lives.
It reminded me I really need to get back into taking care of the stress of this job in some manner.
Thus, I am back to blogging and hoping certain people have forgotten about this blog.
